Amanda Burdge

Amanda has been with Quantum since 2001. She is a Consultant with over 13 years' experience in the pensions industry. She has responsibility for the delivery of day-to-day services for her clients. Amanda is authorised by the Financial Services Authority to provide advice to individuals and pension schemes and is able to provide a comprehensive range of services to clients.

Amanda is married with two children and in her spare time enjoys walking, cycling and gardening with the children. Amanda is currently learning to speak Welsh.

Andrew Reid-Jones

Andrew is a Partner and one of Quantum's founding members. He manages Quantum's HR, recruitment and marketing, and sits on the Executive of the Partnership. He is also Quantum's training specialist, designing and running concise, informative technical training and trustee training for clients.

Andrew has been involved in employee benefits since 1992, and holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations & Politics and a Certificate in PFS. He is currently studying for an MBA.

Brought up in Chesterfield, Andrew is married with two children, two cats and enjoys history and exercising infrequently.

Anna Living

Anna joined the London office of Quantum in May 2008 as our Head of Communications from Buck Consultants.

Anna has been designing and delivering internal employee communications for a wide variety of blue-chip clients for over eight years.

In addition, Anna has over 13 years project management experience, coordinating a wide variety of projects from pension change campaigns, pension strategy through to delivery and reward communications such as total reward and flexible benefits.

Anna lives in Hemel Hempstead with her husband Neil and enjoys interior design, walking and gardening in her spare time.

Ashley Weaver

Ashley joined Quantum Advisory in July 2006 having commenced work as an actuarial student with Hewitt Associates in September 2002. He heads up the Administration Team responsible for the programming of clients' schemes onto our P3 Administration system. This involves management of the loading of data and the automation of the calculation and standard letter processes.

A graduate from the University of Exeter with a Bsc (Hons) Mathematics, Statistics and Operational Research, Ashley is currently progressing through his actuarial exams.

Ashley has a keen interest in most sports, especially football, and likes to relax by blowing his own trumpet and doing Les Dawson impressions on the piano!
