Andrew is a founding member of Quantum and is based in our Cardiff office.

Andrew manages our HR, acts as Chairman of the Executive of the Partnership and is responsible for providing technical training to our clients.

He also acts as the Compliance Officer of the firm and as such monitors and promotes compliance in our business. He ensures that our processes meet or exceed those regulatory requirements and that the high standard of professionalism expected by our clients is consistently delivered across the whole of the firm.

Andrew has been involved in employee benefits since 1992, and holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations & Politics and a member of the CII. He is currently studying for a MBA.
