Mark joined the firm in April 2005 and is based in our Cardiff office.

Mark is our specialist responsible for workflow management within the office, and he also sits on the Executive of the Partnership.

He has over 20 years of pension consultancy experience involving all types of occupational pension arrangements, including defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. He has been a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries since 1992 and is Scheme Actuary to a number of Quantum Advisory's clients.
