Peter is a founding member of Quantum Advisory, based in our Cardiff office.

He heads up Quantum Advisory’s defined contribution service and has focused his attention on making defined contribution pension schemes work better for employers, scheme trustees and members. This includes the development and launch of the new adapt facility which is currently unique to Quantum Advisory.

Peter has been finding solutions and providing advice and expertise to companies, pension scheme trustees, insurance companies, systems providers and others for more than 27 years.

He is a firm believer in encouraging employees to gain experience across a range of related disciplines as it is this variety which he feels helps him and others to deliver innovative but rounded, practical solutions that work.

He is a fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI), and has also served on the committee of the local NAPF (National Association of Pension Funds) and PMI (Pensions Management Institute) in South Wales.
