Phil Farrell, Partner 

Phil joined Quantum in 2010 from Buck Consultants and is a Partner of the firm with over 30 years' pensions industry experiences. Since 2023, he has worked with professional and nominated trustees providing consultancy and secretarial services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.  

Phil is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (FPMI) and holds the Certificate in Pensions Automatic Enrolment. He is also a member of Quantum's General Code of Practice Working Party and currently provides enhanced secretariat services to five clients ranging from £80 million to £1.2 billion in assets.
